In this episode I chat with Tracie Léost, a young Métis woman from Manitoba, Canada. We talk about her involvement in sports and her desire to provide support to the Indigenous community. In 2015, at the age of 16, she organized and ran four-day 115-kilometre run that began in Oak Point, where her family is from, and ended at a monument for missing and murdered indigenous women in Winnipeg. Hear her inspiring story and her plans for the future.
